The time and location remain unchanged.**** A site visit will be conducted on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. PDT. Interested offerors shall meet at the following location: Black Butte Lake Headquarters 19225 Newville Road Orland, CA 95963 The Government Point of Contact (POC) for Site Visit is Seth Jantzen. The purpose of the site visit is to familiarize offerors with the locations and conditions that may affect contract performance. Offerors are responsible for all costs associated with attending the site visit. Failure to attend the site visit will not relieve the Contractor from performing all requirements of the contract. All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted in writing by email to the solicitation POC’s listed below. All questions must be received no later than Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. PDT. No additional questions will be accepted after this date.
