Pragmonix LLC operates Pragmonica. This Policy describes the current public service, which does not offer public accounts, payments, mailing lists, advertising, or analytics.
Information We Process
When you use Pragmonica, we and our hosting and security providers process technical information normally sent with web requests, including IP address, requested URLs and search or filter parameters, referring page, browser or device information, and request time. We use it to provide, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the service.
The map may use approximate location derived from your IP address. If you select “Near me” and grant browser permission, your precise location is used in your browser to center the map. Pragmonica receives the visible map boundaries, and the mapping provider receives your IP address, available referrer information, and requested tile identifiers. Pragmonica does not store raw device coordinates or map boundaries in its application database, although providers may retain request logs.
If administrative sign-in is used, we process the submitted email address, IP address, browser information, time, and sign-in result. A successful sign-in creates a necessary session cookie and server-side session record. Contract records may contain business contact information obtained from government sources.
Use and Disclosure
We use information to operate and secure Pragmonica, provide search and map results, prevent abuse, comply with law, and protect legal rights. We disclose information as needed to providers supporting hosting, databases, security, mapping, and processing of public contracting records, and when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and Tracking
The public service does not use analytics, advertising cookies, or cross-site behavioral advertising. A necessary session cookie is used only after successful administrative sign-in and expires after 30 days.
Service providers may collect technical request information about your activity over time and across Pragmonica and other sites that use their services. Pragmonica does not use third-party analytics or advertising technologies and does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Accordingly, Pragmonica does not respond differently to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals on the current site.
Choices and Requests
You may decline device-location permission and use the map manually. To ask about, access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you, contact us below. We may verify requests and will honor rights required by applicable law.
