1. Service

Pragmonica is operated by Pragmonix LLC. It is an independent research service using contract records from SAM.gov and USASpending.gov and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government or any government agency.

Records, deadlines, automated titles, summaries, and other content may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or changed. Pragmonica does not provide legal, procurement, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for verifying solicitations, amendments, deadlines, eligibility, and submission requirements with SAM.gov and the issuing agency before acting.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAGMONICA AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

3. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAGMONIX LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITIES, BIDS, OR DEADLINES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO PRAGMONICA OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS.

IF LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BUT MAY BE LIMITED, TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO PRAGMONICA WILL NOT EXCEED US$100. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

We may revise these Terms. A revised version applies only to use occurring on or after the updated date shown above.
