This firm-fixed-price solicitation is being conducted in accordance with RFO FAR 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures. The applicable NAICS Code is 562111. Quoters shall follow all instructions contained within RFQ 36C26326Q1046 when the solicitation is posted. An itemized quotation and all supporting documentation required by the solicitation shall be submitted with the quotation. Quoters are responsible for reviewing the solicitation in its entirety and providing all information and documentation required for evaluation and consideration for award. The solicitation will contain the complete requirement, applicable terms and conditions, quotation submission instructions, and the date and time quotations are due. All quotations shall be submitted electronically via email to dennis.salmonsen@va.gov by the date and time specified in Block 8 on Page 1 of the solicitation.
