Solicitation Number: 140PS126Q0060 In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 36, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Enclosed in a competitive requirement set-aside for small businesses, the Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to replace a failing roof system over an existing ~6000 square foot building serving as a visitor center and tribal offices. The existing roofing material is a faux cedar shake composite which is failing, and fascia and cupola components are also at the end of their lifespan. This project will replace the failing roof components with a standing seam metal roof for a longer lifespan and protection from wildfire. The project also includes an option to install a lightning protection system for the building. Site Visit on August 26, 2026 0900 MST PIPE SPRING NATIONAL MONUMENT 406 N. PIPE SPRING RD. FREDONIA, AZ 86022 You must RSVP to the Contracting Officer if you plan on attending the site visit, there will only be one site visit on the date and time as indicated. Questions to the solicitation shall be submitted, in writing, via email to Ruth Pagan at ruth_pagan@ios.doi.gov no later than 2:00 PM MST on 31 August 2026. Oral communications/telephone communication is unacceptable. Questions submitted after this time may not be entertained. All questions submitted shall reference specific parts of the solicitation, including page numbers. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered prior to the date that proposals are due. An amendment will be issued to answer all questions received in response to this solicitation. Proposals are due via email by 3:00 PM MST on 10 September 2026. All volumes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer via email to ruth_pagan@ios.doi.gov. Offerors who contact anyone regarding this project, other than personnel specified in this solicitation, may automatically be excluded from competition. Offerors must maintain an active registration in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award under this solicitation.
