Description
NAVSUP FLCY Site Marianas (Guam) has a requirement for portable toilets and hand wash stations to support an incoming vessel's maintenance and port visit on Naval Base Guam. Set-Aside: 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside NAICS Code: 562991 - Septic Tank and Related Services PSC Code: W085 - Lease or Rental of Equipment: Toiletries The contractor shall provide, service, and maintain thirty (30) portable toilets and twenty (20) portable hand wash stations starting 15 Sept 2026 through 20 Sept 2026. Toilets and handwash stations shall be serviced starting 17 Sept 2026 through 20 Sept 2026. This includes cleaning, sanitizing, restocking of all supplies (toilet paper, fresh water, hand soap, paper towels), and disposal of all waste and trash in accordance with federal and local regulations. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary security clearances and arranging access to the worksite for its employees. The Government anticipates issuing a formal solicitation for a Firm-FixedPrice (FFP) contract by 04 September 2026. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This notice is NOT a request for proposals. The solicitation, when issued, will be available electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) website. All responsible and eligible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, in response to the subsequent solicitation, which will be considered by the agency.
