Remove and Replace Electric Water Heater at Black Hills National Forest Supervisor's Office

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240LP26Q0151 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Removal and replacement of an electric water heater. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238220 The small business size standard is $19. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Work items for this project will be at the Black Hills National Forest Supervisors Office located at 1019 North 5th Street, Custer, Custer County, South Dakota. Contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to perform the work described below. Work to be performed includes Remove and dispose of existing 100-gallon State electric Water Heater, and replace it with 80-gallon electric water heater in existing location, in accordance with the Statement of Work attached in this solicitation.
