Project Title: Replace Chiller 2, B500 Description: This requirement consists of removing the existing chiller located in the basement level of B500 and installing a brand-new, fully operational replacement unit, including all associated connection piping, controls, and incidental work IAW attached Drawings and Specifications. Interested offerors that currently don't have base access must submit the completed Attachment 02 - 55 SFS Contractor/Vendor NCIC Screening Pass Request spreadsheet to SrA Matthias Wilson at matthias.wilson.1@us.af.mil by 17 August 2026 2:00 PM CST. 2. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer no later than 27 August 2026, 10:00 AM CST. An amendment addressing these questions will be issued subsequently. Bid opening (announcement of bids) will be conducted via teleconference the business day following the bid submission deadline.
