PROJECT TITLE: ROOF REPLACEMENT B9502 PROJECT LOCATION: MCGREGOR RANGE, NM PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS ARE REQUIRED THIS PROJECT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE IS 238160, WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $19,000,000.00. THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION IS BETWEEN $100,000 AND $250,000. THE AWARDEE OF THIS CONTRACT WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A SUPERINTENDENT AT ALL TIMES WORK IS BEING PERFORMED ON THE PROJECT (SEE CLAUSE AT FAR 52.236-6).
