Description
This is a fixed-priced, competitive procurement. In accordance with RFO FAR 12.301(b), the following is a brief explanation of the award. No other oral or written debriefings will be given. Rationale of Award: Fourteen quotes were received in response to the solicitation. Solicitation provision 52.212-2 provided the evaluation for award.
