20260811 - Amendment 0001 added Subject: Solicitation Number FA6633-26-B-0001 for Maintain Aircraft Parking Apron The 934th Airlift Wing, Minneapolis, Minnesota, is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the Maintain Aircraft Parking Apron project at the Minneapolis-St Paul Air Reserve Base. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) and all related documents are available on the SAM.gov website. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be provided. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for this document and any subsequent amendments. The following software may be required to view the solicitation and all attachments: Microsoft Word (.doc), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf), and WinZip (.zip). This acquisition is a Total Small Business set-aside, solicited pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.203. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. • NAICS Code: 237310 “Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction” (Size Standard: $45 million) • PSC/FSC Code: Z1BD “Maintenance of Airport Runways and Taxiways” Description of Work: The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to fully meet all requirements of the Statement of Work, Construction Specifications, Construction Drawings, and all other Contract Documents related to the project titled: “Maintain Aircraft Parking Apron” at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding, with a 30-day response time from the date of this posting. A site visit will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM (CST). All personnel attending the site visit must have prior clearance for access to the facility via an Entry Access List (EAL). There are no exceptions. Please see Section L of the solicitation for complete details regarding site visit access. Telephone requests for plans will not be honored. Plans and specifications are available for examination without charge at the Contracting Office upon coordination with the assigned Contract Specialist. All contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and have completed the online Representations and Certifications to be eligible for award. Your SAM registration must be active for the applicable NAICS Code.
