NAICS Code: 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction (Note: While Other Transaction Authority is not subject to FAR-based small business regulations, this NAICS code is provided for market research to help the Government understand the size and demographics of the interested ACC003 Weapons Generation Complex and Northern Flightline industrial base.) Small Business Size Standard: $45 Million PROJECT OVERVIEW The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Alaska District, has a requirement for the construction of the new Weapons Generation Complex and associated Northern Flightline facilities (ACC003) at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. The scope includes approximately sixteen new facilities, comprising hangars, operations buildings, and munitions storage magazines. A key constraint is the requirement for the new Weapons Generation Complex to be operational before the existing facility can be decommissioned, ensuring zero operational downtime for this mission. The project will be constructed on pre-excavated sites with pre-constructed utilities delivered under a separate, preceding contract.
