Solicitation Number: 70LCHS26QPFB00034 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), incorporating applicable construction requirements under FAR Part 36.
