Period of Performance: 508 Calendar Days Total. 160 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed issuance for Design Phase. 288 Calendar Days after Notice to Procced issuance for Construction Phase. 60 Calendar Days for Contract Closeout procedures. Competition: This requirement is a 100% Small Business Concern Set Aside for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237110. The Magnitude of this requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul 36.204(g) is valued between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. ***A site visit is scheduled on Wednesday, 29 July 2026 / 09:00 A.M.
